DBS Multiplier

I've increasingly been more conscious of my spending habits... Realising that inflation eats away at the value of our money. We work so hard at attaining money, what happens once you've had it?

Some people have talked about inflation as daylight robbery and I agree. Fundamentally we need to make sure that:
1) We have an emergency fund + comfortably a bit more for larger expenses (investments that we cycle back to ourselves in order to upskill or make our work / life more efficient)
2) Protect our money by opting for banks that offer higher interest rates
3) Look into the new integrated feature between DBS NAV Planner and SGFinDex (led by MAS) to qualify for a better interest rate and to get a snapshot of your finances across a multitude of financial platforms.
4) Start buying appreciating assets instead of being cash-rich (so you don't succumb to inflation)...

Feel like we should be talking more about money but hardly anyone gets into that conversation with me. I definitely have a lot more to learn by this is what I've been able to gather so far. A penny for your thoughts?

PS - Anyone moving their wealth in the crypto space yet?
