Interviewed with Harpers Bazzar

Interviewed with Harper's Bazaar

Café à la Mode returns with our very first Singapore-edition episode! Editor-in-Chief Kenneth Goh meets with Miss Universe Singapore 2020, Bernadette Belle Ong, to talk about the beauty queen’s experience representing Singapore in the international pageant, the story behind her powerful #StopAsianHate outfit, and her advice for young girls looking to follow in her footsteps.

What an honour to be invited as the first guest to be interviewed in Singapore in the Harper's Bazaar show, "Café à la Mode." Typically filmed in Paris during Paris Fashion week, this show looked inwards (locally) to produce its first Singapore-edition episode. I had an intimate look into Kenneth's favourite restaurant, rich in Peranakan and British hertige, called Violet Oon.
