I'm pleased that we have officially launched Accessibility Required — an employee-resource group at work, focusing on neurodiversity and disability as well as advocating for awareness and policy changes in our company and the larger community around us.  

I'm really happy with how things have progressed in a short amount of time....I've seen a ton of activity as well as personal and vulnerable conversations come out of this group already, and it's only been launched for a couple months now. 

I never imagined myself as a community builder, but I've really solidified my role in community building and management across two distinct communities in my personal and professional life this year...and despite that not being an initial career goal of mine, I'm really happy that this is the direction I ended up going.
