At the interface of language and technology, he works agile with data and AI on the development and implementation of components for new digital products. As an expert in enhancing customer content, he analyzes data, carries out series of tests, takes business and customer requirements and converts them into user stories.
Carsten previously worked at LexisNexis and Wolters Kluwer in the editorial content area on the standardization, automation and offshoring of data and processes and was Product Owner for EU content.
At the same time, he has several years of independent experience in the field of event management and event conception.
