Design Process: 17) Launch Duties for the Creator

There are a few questions that the Creator should have once the site is ready for launch.

Are all the final email addresses, phone numbers and social media handles correct on the site?

Are there alternate attributes for things that should have them?

What do those social channels look like?

Can the Creator help with the graphics and images within those social accounts?

Does the site generate emails? What do they look like? Can the Creator help with the look and feel of the emails?

What is the plan to gather feedback once the site is live?

Think if it this way: It’s the Creator’s job to think outside of the box, and launching the project is no different. During the design process, Creators should try to identify things that may fall through the cracks, and find solutions for them.

Potential Pitfalls

It’s always good practice to make sure that everyone is looking to ensure everything is implemented correctly. Failure to do so means that things may fall through the cracks and not be fixed.
