Every Role is Vital

Have you ever heard of the Project Management Triangle? It states, basically, that at each corner of the triangle sit Time, Cost and Quality. You can only have two of those things at best. If you want it fast and cheap, it wont be high quality. If you want it cheap and quality, it won’t be done quickly. If you want it quality and fast, then it won’t be cheap. Most people want to have all three, but the reality is that you can not. There has to be concession somewhere, and understanding what you are comfortable with is important for your expectations. 

The web design process doesn’t have to be difficult or scary. As long as you have clear requirements and a plan of how to achieve your goals, the process should be fairly straight forward. The worst thing you can do is to tell someone to run before they can walk. I have personally been in that position more times than I can count. The outcome is never good.

Communication is key to any project. It’s better to over share than to not share enough. At the end of the day, everyone on the team is in it together.
