One piece of advice I give to all designers, developers, and digital workers is to take your stress levels seriously. If you feel burned-out, you are. Incorporate stress reduction into your daily routine. Get sleep, and if you can’t sleep, talk to someone that can help. 

What they don’t tell you is that having reduced sleep, while in a high-stress environment, can have consequences that will affect you for the rest of your life. It’s not noble to run on fumes or to constantly worry about work problems.

You are your best advocate and have the power to do what you need to do for your health.
