Team Building
Organized a team building event
I love getting to play "Game Show Host"!

Today, I got to host another trivia game time for a group at work. This is the fourth or fifth time I've used Crowdpurr, and I have to say it's easily the best trivia game platform out there for small groups.

Early in the pandemic, I hosted Happy Hour Game Time using games from the Jackbox Party Pack sets. They were always a blast and well-attended.

It's easy to do remote team building games if you keep two things in mind:
  • Pick something where you can share your screen and audio so people know what's going on
  • Pick something that can be played with their phones
Invest a little time to get the right Zoom (or whatever platform) settings and take a few practice runs to make sure everything works. You need to make sure everyone can interact and have fun.

And don't forget a lot of the success will be on how you manage the game. Focus on being a good host and managing the room and the pace of play so everyone can participate and have fun!
