One of the most prestigious labs in the country, I'll be working in the area of machine learning and power grid infrastructure, likely in anomaly detection.

I gave a talk about my thesis at the student research conference for my university. My thesis is looking at how to use LoRa radios and machine learning at the edge to enhance disaster response.

Decided to write this out because I was tired of just thinking about it. I'd also like to talk to others about actually changing this terrible system.

Utilized Influxdb and Docker to create a ready-to-launch telemetry dashboard for Project Owl.

Went to hospital for pneumonia. Thought I would have a job at that totally left-leaning, progressive startup.

Starting working at a building analytics startup. They seemed alright at the time.

Started research for thesis. Dr. Uludag at UMFlint approved of it and paper reading has commenced.
