It is a honour and a pleasure to be a mentor in the mentorship programs developed by Politecnico di Milano. I am mentoring students in their final year of Master of Science in Management Engineering and, as part of the Mentoring on the Job Program, I am mentoring young brilliant future engineers in their path to obtain their Bachelor of Science in Management, Economics and Industrial Engineering.
