• Manage the teams responsible for the discovery of different applications and their migration to the Bombardier new Data Center • Drive and coordinate the activities of two streams "Discovery" and "Move": data collection and analysis, migration plan, data migration, Cutover plan setup and execution, post GoLive support, documents management, stakeholder management • Lead multi-national and multi-lingual project teams with both internal and external resources
