Questioning the status quo is an important force in creating change. If the powers that be are open to question themselves things get really interesting. I was inspired by the headteacher of the FOS Freie Mittelschule and our team how the school adapted the proposed changes to give the students more freedom, flexibility and responsibility in their learning.
