DoorDash partnered with Studio Yukiko to bring to life the latest edition of Secret Menu: a journal of restaurant culture and community that left La-La Land for the Magic City for issue number two.


Tasked with executing an email campaign as vibrant as the website, our team wed aesthetics and accessibility, producing a series that both passed the vibe check and passed WCAG standards for all of our digital subscribers.


CTOR outperformed our internal benchmark for middle-of-funnel marketing by 132%. Our read rate—which measures the percentage of recipients who read the whole email, top to bottom—surpassed the industry-agnostic standard by 74%. And our unsubscribe rate outperformed best practice by 29%.
