How to write better emails

Yesterday I had the opportunity to share my experiences with a lot of colleagues in our new series of events called "Wissensblitz". My workshop was called "How to write better emails to receive less emails", and the feedback was overwhelmingly positive! 
For the first time, I was also able to include my new skills in drawing Sketchnotes, which was a lot of fun. Definitely not the last time!
