In my career, I have had the honor of solving problems for high-growth organizations by identifying process inefficiencies, working cross-functionally to deploy new strategies, and constantly measuring impact to help them grow. I have held roles as a Marketing Specialist, Creative Director, and presently a Project Manager where I manage the full project lifecycle of online instructional courses and marketing campaign strategies. In this role I have had to navigate through much ambiguity to define and document a refined launch plan that can be standardized in practice, while custom in execution for our high profile clients.

As a proud HBCU graduate, I helped coordinate an HBCU homecoming tour for an apparel company that sold out its inventory. I also had the honor of creating a training plan for startup founders covering branding and digital content strategy to prepare them to receive thousands in small business grants. In neither instance was I a master at that particular role. I'm simply the true definition of a lifelong student who listens to people, plans, executes, and iterates on the go. I get it done.

Personally:
I'm super passionate about creating opportunities for black people in the creator economy. Often times we are not rewarded for our contributions to these digital spaces because we are not in the room when decisions are made. I am committed to working with organizations that are closing the tech skill gap because, ultimately, that brings us closer to closing the wealth gap.
