I wrote a post about having a bias for action last week. One thing I didn't mention there was what's preventing organizations from having a bias to action. The most critical problem I've seen is having struggles in the decision-making process. The inflexibility in decision-making is at the root of various problems. Many leaders either use a lot of authority or seek consensus.
