I had a conflict in the team a few years ago. Thanks to the coaching and help from my (direct & indirect) managers, we solved it.

That conflict was one of the first steps towards leadership for me. It taught me how important it is to name your situation and see your own contribution to the problem.

These experiences shouldn't stay hidden. Today, I shared my learnings from that conflict with 300+ people.
