YBL exists to serve men in the marketplace with effective man-to-man encouragement and support for building character, competency, and a strong faith in Christ that enhances each others' lives for the better. The organization has grown organically through volunteer-led groups supported by administrative and ministerial staff. Plans for 2015 are to open a Women's branch.
