This post is long past overdue as I had promised myself that after each project I would commit to an in-depth write up,adding another notch to my fledgling developer portfolio . The project in question was a simple build: consisting of basic semantic HTML tags and minimal javascript since the main focus was on styling he emphasis was placed on class names to avoid seemingly unavoidable specificity issues every fresh faced developer has to overcome.
After completing the project I developed a new found respect for anyone who commits to a exclusively front-end based dev career. I used this project as an initial stepping stone to brush up on my fundamentals before diving headfirst into styling frameworks. It will also serve as a comfortable reference in the event I'll ever need particular styling patterns in the future.
