During the 8th semester, Sofie and I had the excellent opportunity to work with Danfoss, in a project centered around the concepts of Artificial Intelligence and e-learning in organizational settings. We explored the existing learning landscape at Danfoss to identify how the use of new technology can enhance and support the initial and continuous training of the employees.
