Working with our technical support engineers in HPE's Nimble Storage division, I've started collecting user feedback on our internal tools, because the label "internal tools" shouldn't mean they can't be well-designed or thought-out.

This is my first time undertaking a task like this on my own. In previous jobs, I worked adjacent to similar initiatives but this time, I'm the one driving it forward. Inexperience makes everything a little daunting, but it's trickier when you're conducting this kind of research on tools that many of our veteran TSEs say outpace what they've worked with in other companies.

Every bit counts though, and we're already finding some nuggets of insight amongst all the observations so far.
