Benefiting from a variety of content types and media platforms, creators are getting closer to their audience than ever before.

To know more about their audience and get more ideas about the direction of creation, many creators will try to ask their audience to ask them anything.

However, for creators, it takes lots of time to collect and manage each question from different sources. Sometimes they're from email and sometimes they're on social media.

And most importantly, every question they answered becomes valueless after they directly reply to the one who ask it. Because these Q&A haven't been stored as an asset, they can't be searched by other audiences who have similar questions.
