Adapted the Headlixbase solution into 'dotnet new' templates that can be used to scaffold a helix-based solution along with the ability to add helix modules.

This solution is similar to the Getting Started Template provided by Sitecore. The big differences are:
1. Headlixbase does not scaffold a rendering host.
2. Headlixbase is helix-based while Sitecore's starter is not.
