"May bike parking ba dito?" is Filipino for, "is there bike parking here?"
This project is something I've always wanted to do ever since I started bike commuting, because there are never enough resources to let me know if the place I'm going to has bike parking or not. Or even if it did, will it still accommodate me as a cyclist? (there are more times than usual that the answer is no.)
Setting up this public resource, with the help of other people who are part of the Bike Commuting Discord server (which I also help moderate and manage), is one way I can think of giving back to the cycling community. I hope this helps people in some form or way, and with the added messaging of needing to accommodate more cyclists (as bikes bring business!) I hope that there will be more instances in the future where we list places to have bike parking, and there are adequate facilities to cater to cyclists.
