I conducted a Persona Workshop for public adult education institutions in Thüringen (Thüringer Volkshochschulen)

First, we developed strategies to gather data on present and possible clients. Next, we put these information together in first proto-personas. Later, we checked existing courses for fit to the developed proto-personas and finally developed new courses to the proto-personas' needs.
