Culture Champion. The oldest among Gen-Z. Over-achiever turned University drop-out. Potato.

I started my life from a very unprivileged background and found a love for music before realising it was a passion, not a career.

I fell into recruitment as part of my degree - but after a 6 month internship, found myself unwilling to leave and so I stayed!
I'm now approaching three years at Canda and have transitioned into the People side of the business. Canda has taught me an awful lot about who I am as a person, and who I want to be. Recruitment agencies traditionally are either slow moving, toxic or both - and almost always completely against a work-life balance. Canda has a culture I feel differs from that narrative and I’m working to push it even further.

Outside of work, my music does occasionally pop up as something I get involved with - but more often you'll see me gaming or going to the gym. I'm also a proudly gay male - so on certain days I'm watching Rupaul!

My goal is to change the mindsets of the talent partners here and build a business that they can enjoy their time within. Wellbeing, annual leave, personal development are all key metrics I work towards - and I'm really excited to see the results appear in 2022.
If you're looking for work in the UK I may be able to hand your CV through to my network. If you're looking for People Expertise I may be your guy - or if not, I can point you in the right direction.
