The word geisha means artist. What do you think is life? Work? Singing, dancing, writing, playing music, doing business, all those activities are energy. When we talk to each other, it is like singing. When we do business, we dance. When we do what we like, music is everywhere.

I love scrum (srum.org). Scrum is music. Where is the catch? That awesome melody changes the structure completely. Not every company is ready for that.

There is another sound called kanban. It doesn't touch the structure itself. You wanna dance and sing more powerful? Good news. Most of us are pretty close to kanban (lean) without knowing it. No kidding. And yes, there are a lot of other frameworks, tools.
