I transformed the way ResellerRatings was operating not only in the marketing ops world but in the overarching world of RevOps with a primary focus on sales and customer success. Within 6 months, I created over 5 new processes and consolidated their tech stack, implemented a net new and customer lifecycle campaigns that increased customer spend and logos by 45%. On the operations side of things, the automations I created with Zapier and HubSpot saved 50 hours a week per sales rep. This Zap automates the closed-won cycle to kick off the marketing onboarding campaigns in HubSpot with certain triggers from PandaDoc, Chargebee, and HubSpot. The marketing campaign that was created in HubSpot for renewals and upsells increased renewals and brand awareness for free tiers as well as every paying tier (30% increase in contract value and 76% decrease in customer churn rate). Prior to that being in place, the team was manually creating renewal emails. On the landing page side, the strategies and operational structure I put in place, increased traffic by 25%, and the conversion rate increased by 5%. The strategies included progressive profiling, SEO facelifts, internal triggers, and outbound marketing this was all created by workflows and operational codes in OpsHub (HubSpot) and Marketing Hub (HubSpot). Creating an increase in customers and spend was amazing but my favorite was seeing the increase in product adoption by over 100% and our employee satisfaction increase because now my team feels that they have true ownership of their work and results.
