Earlier this year we started evaluating Scrum as a means to manage our projects involving the planning and setup of a new Configuration Manager infrastructure.
As I'm the Product Owner, one of two available Scrum Masters and a member of the DevTeam the whole setup is a bit tricky.
I made the decision to slip into the DevTeam role and only be backup for when the Product Owner or Scrum Master would not be available. It's working OK, but it's also far from perfect.
Sadly that's the reality of n-things-at-once 🤷♂️🙁
