Started at university
I started college as a freshman at Vanderbilt University and enrolled in a pre-medical track. I later declared neuroscience as my major. Although I chose the most demanding major in the college of Arts and Sciences, I graduated on the deans list while maintaining a full time job and as a member of the dance team.

College was one of the best decisions of my life and the best 4 years of my life. I learned so much not only about neuroscience, but also about LIFE! College teaches you independence, social skills, and is a great transition to adulthood. If I could go back, I would do it all over again ten times more.
