Excited to join rearc, LLC as a Sr Platform Engineer! 🎉
Edit 3/17/2022: I've been pretty happy with this company so far. They seem to have a quietly diverse culture. ( By that I mean, the company doesn't make a big stink about how diverse they are, they just are. )
They're still pretty small, and they've been hiring the entire time I've been there.
They've been pretty accepting of me as I've stumbled along with exploring my neurodiversity (or at least the way I present as a ND person**), and even supported me exploring learning GTD and getting a solid capture system together (by allowing me to spend the time doing this between engagements).
** I'm undiagnosed, and haven't explored enough therapy to know if it isn't Complex PTSD that's causing me to present that way, or if I'm one of the lucky ones that has both Complex PTSD and is on the spectrum ...Â
