"Without consistency, you have no predictability."

Book 52: Predictable Revenue: Turn Your Business Into a Sales Machine with the $100 Million Best Practices of Salesforce.com by Aaron Ross.

This book was once described as "The sales bible of Silicon Valley"; however, it's now been ten years since the author first wrote it.

The core of this book focuses on outbound sales development and driving more robust processes, methodologies and predictability across your sales team.

Here are my five takeaways:

🚧Better lead generation= better margin for sales error.
♻️ Have a blended approach of both an inside-out and an outside-in strategy.
🔎 Focus on results rather than activity.
📈 Track fewer, more meaningful metrics.
⚖️ Successful sales reps can not only create opportunities and close deals, but they also get things done in their own company via internal networks.
