After listening to Carol Gilligan talking about how boys, after the age of 6-7, weren't allowed anymore to show emotions of sadness in society, I thought that in order for men to be able to show such emotions again, they should have adult models displaying such signs. So I have decided to paint strong men figures being sad. This is the first portrait I have done around that idea.
