Establish a Jenkins Continuous Integration environment and Gradle build for a project that was more than 10 years old. It had over 300 modules consisting of about 5 Java Web Apps, 40 Enterprise Java Bean Applications, 50 CORBA Applications and the rest were Java Libraries, with a host of external dependencies. Build time decrease local development was stable and velocity increased across all teams. Sprint releases went from 6 hours to 2 hours to 1 hour. Sprints were reduced from 4 weeks to 2 weeks.
