Sometime you have to disconnect. I’m thankful my family and team supports me and my mental health. I took a week to myself and traveled to the Snowy Range outside of Centennial, WY and spent a week in the mountains. 

I had this lake to myself for three days and can’t get over the incredible feeling of being in complete silence and solitude. 

I left WY completely refreshed.
