I am an end-to-end user experience designer with 25+ years experience working across the web and social media landscape. Passionate in creating meaningful user experiences and engaging content in a variety of formats. One thing I like is not only great user experiences, but being in a position to contribute to the strategy.
I am also an illustrator – I publish web comics and graphic novels which I promote online through a podcast, social media campaigns that incite a chuckle (and CTAs), cartooning workshops and merchandise via my Etsy shop. My successes with this include my first book being used as a textbook or required reading in 10 universities across North America!
Some of my achievements at my day job include bringing in new digital tools in Canada's largest financial institution, leading website migrations, and designing communicative graphics 😎
