I am deeply skeptical about the new on-demand delivery services like Gorillas and agree that there seems to be little innovation or technology in the sector but a host of new social issues such as the status of riders and congestion in residential areas. Plus, there's plenty of other ways to solve for the problem, e.g. by relying on existing infrastructure.
