I am fascinated by the formation and behaviour of people in groups. My brain is analytical and so I find it very easy to understand and group together people of similar thought and method.
I tend to find myself good at leading skilled groups of people e.g. sports teams, based around a skill and behaviours.
I end up prioritising things in my Engineering leadership jobs which focus on bringing Engineers together so they can do great work.
I am a People Architect. I made that up since I feel it describes me.
I lead a non-profit organisation with a mission to support growth of Tech groups to encourage knowledge share and collaboration within IT and Software.
