I am a Senior Operations Transformation Consultant for Deloitte living in Charlotte, North Carolina. 

I have spent five years working with primarily insurance clients across a multitude of products, technologies, and stages of the value chain.  I've worked with the world's largest insurers, and supported insuretechs in develop and maturing their professional services arms.  

All in, my work is connected by a love for well-structured processes that improve customer experiences and remove the most bothersome elements of legacy operations.

In my free time I like reading novels, playing chess, collecting records (Alternative, Rap, Indie), and craft beer.
