Shared Body Transformation Progress
I have been regularly updating a TikTok account for accountability of my daily workout videos. It's been exactly 14 months since I began working out at 10 minutes, 3 times a week and progressed to 1 hour 4-6 times a week.

I'm still a long way to go for my target weight but I already lost 7 kg since I started this fitness journey during the pandemic. Progress, not perfection!
