the FPV build continues. Been following Joshua Bardwell and Drone Mesh build guides (as well as procuring and hunting different components). Getting my soldering skills up to snuff has been a chore too (look at how well I tinned those pads...) Working towards first flight in late August/September.
Ultimate goal with this is skills building. Less about flying it, though that will happen and I will enjoy it, and more about looking at how these integrations go together and what they mean for, let's say, an agricultural drone for crop monitoring, sensor grids and meshes, etc. There is the capability for integrating 900mhz LoRA radio here too but with a different set up. Intriguing to say the least.
