Last week marks my one-month anniversary at my new job. I joined this company of three as employee #1.

As someone with dependents, leaving corp tech was a big leap of faith for me.

Something I didn't expect was actually having less anxiety, sleeping better, and being less stressed. I totally lucked out with this team of empathetic, fun, kind, and ambitious people. I am sure bumpy roads lie ahead, but for now, I'm grateful for what I have.
