I usually try to take out time for practicing some mindfulness and today I made this bookmark using zentangle pattern. This exercise helps me to clear my head, it calms me down, and eventually helps with my productivity. PhD ends up being a 24x7 work, so I try to take frequent breaks during the day and dabble into something creative. Do try it, your body and your work will thank you for maintaining a balance.
