With over 15 years of IT experience, I am a Senior Security Architect at Aquia, a forward thinking cybersecurity start-up. I am responsible for building a new cybersecurity and governance program that ensures the security and compliance of 3rd-party SaaS applications and services across the agency.

I have a strong background in network and systems consulting, having managed and implemented various IT projects for clients in the Bay Area, ranging from on-premises server builds to cloud deployments. I am passionate about learning new technologies, methodologies, and best practices in the IT industry, especially in the fields of cloud computing and cybersecurity. I hold multiple certifications, including CISM, CCAK, CCSK, as well as others from AWS and Azure. I write blog posts to share my thoughts and projects on these topics to share with the community.
