Replace contractor management system and aging access control system:
 - Replace access management and contractor management servers, client software, and hardware with minimal downtime;
 - Maintain and implement integrations to the systems;
 - Modify/create MSSQL databases,views, stored procedures, SSRS reports, and SSIS packages as part of this integration work;
