After almost 28 incredible years of helping build, grow and reinvent HP business and develop leaders across the company, I decided to resign in 2022. I did not take this decision lightly as I have had a rewarding career filled with opportunities leading great teams, delivering outstanding business results globally, building new businesses in Asia, creating innovative and award-winning products in both PC and Print, and driving transformation initiatives that have moved HP forward. I am thankful for the learnings, the trust, and growth, but most importantly, for working with the brilliant people of HP.

This was my decision and my timeline to take this step back to pursue new goals serving my career, and ultimately, my life.

I am excited and fortunate to be able to pause, reflect, learn, and explore some new areas I’m excited about, recommit to personal wellness, and take the time to decide what my next chapter will be. In the meantime, I am spending time with family and friends around the world, mentoring and coaching others, reconnecting with my passion for music, studying multiple aspects of Web3 and the changes it will have across industries, and tackling some new "firsts" like kitesurfing.

My aperture of opportunities for my next role will be much wider because of this experience; I am excited about crafting my next chapter as a c-suite leader, advisor, sponsor, and potential board director.
