Wrote a blog post which intended to showcase a new project, but instead made a competitor look bad. Landed #1 on Hacker News, our teams doing real time answers and help protecting my mental health. 

The retrospective helped with improvements and things to not continue doing. We've established safe guards for blog post reviews, and it is a steady reminder to create useful content as a learning resource.
