"In addition to technological skills, employees also increasingly need emotional and social skills." That's what I take away from Dr. Anja C. Wagner's presentation. 

If we did not learn these skills in childhood, it is important to acquire them now. This requires a new educational understanding of how we learn best. Because in addition to major training/education steps, many important learning stages take place on a micro level in everyday life. This gives Playful Work another new dimension.
