Helped design and launch custom QA configuration flow for our government and enterprise customers. The goal was to provide localization engineers a means within the Lilt app to customize the parameters of the QA service per language for their organization. The goal was increased accuracy and consistency of localized content as a result of customers’ implementation of custom QA scripts.
