Exciting to become a Moderator Mentor at Discord's own Moderator Mentorship Community. Known as the MMC for short, it is a Discord program that I partake in as a Mentor for young people who are developing their knowledge on Discord Community Moderation and Management. The program consists of mentors, who are selected DMD moderators, and mentees, who are younger moderators aged 13 to 17. The purpose of the program is for the mentors to mentor the mentees, and for them to provide feedback, support, and guidance to them. Mentees are selected through the DMA Exam process.
